If you're not familiar with the name Saul Goodman, he was the main character in the TV series BETTER CALL SAUL.
It aired after the 5 seasons of BREAKING BAD concluded. It covered his story line prior to being integrated into the BREAKING BAD series and the time after its end where he continued the roll of a sleazy lawyer serving the darker side of society.
What makes him qualify to be immortalized on a Carnivale Balloon Railcar was his tacky fan powered inflatable Statue of Liberty that sat on the roof of his also tacky strip mall office......balloon car worthy?......absolutely.
