MAMA WALLENSKI'S SAUSAGE KIOSK RAILCAR #95
Actually, not all of the WALLENSKI'S were amazing, but it made good billing. This generational family of carnival performers and workers had immigrated from Poland, eventually joining the CARNIVALE troupe.
RECAP:
Last month's article showcased the magic power the Professor used to make twenty-eight rabbits exit a hat, then later, to re-enter the hat and disappear. This month's article is about Mother WALLENSKI, the family Matriarch, head of the WALLENSKI clan.
This unassuming structure was actually the most popular eatery, not only on the CARNIVALE train, but also in each town they visited. The menu featured only one sausage plate along with the obligatory carnival style 'meat on a stick'. It was unbelievable sausage, perfectly aged meat, amazing texture and flavor prepared by Mama (she liked to be called Mama) from an old secret family recipe. Hundreds of meals were prepared and served daily from that small kiosk......by Mama......only by Mama. How was this possible?......Inquiring minds want to know.
THE QUANDARY:
As with the Professor's rabbit trick that couldn't be explained, so too was Mama's ability to prepare and serve those hundreds of meals each day. Upcoming articles about other WALLENSKIS with 'amazing' talents might help to answer some questions......and rumors of the existence of a magic box began circulating.

Loosely translated, KROLIK KIELBASA in Polish, is RABBIT SAUSAGE......go figure
